• Address Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate shipping details. VINTAGE ROOTS is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are consumable food items, we maintain strict health and safety standards regarding returns:

• Standard Returns: We cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed bottles. If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item.
• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives broken or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and bottles. We will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
